These Terms govern your use of the OneMAI website and all related digital services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the service immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into contracts, and able to provide valid identification in accordance with applicable law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Services
OneMAI provides tools for savings circles, automated contributions, payouts, financial coordination and community features.
4. Payments
All contributions follow the schedule set inside each circle. Payouts are issued to verified accounts.
5. Fees
Any fees will be clearly disclosed before use. Fees may change with notice.
6. Insurance
Some circles may include insurance protection for missed payments where applicable.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, identity misuse, fraud, harassment, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and platform materials are owned by OneMAI and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
9. Liability
OneMAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are settled in Portuguese courts.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
